Refund & Return Policy

We want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, in original condition, and returned in the original packaging. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or use may not be eligible for a refund.

To start a return, please contact our support team at support@wearvance.com Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to return the item to our warehouse. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a full refund for the product (excluding shipping costs) will be issued to your original payment method.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@wearvance.com as soon as possible. In these cases, we will arrange a free replacement at no additional cost.
